By accessing or using Elite Pickleball Arena facilities and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

All bookings must be paid in full to be confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings within 15 minutes of reservation. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise for specific events.

Players are expected to maintain professional sportsmanship. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the facility for behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or contrary to our community values.

Participating in physical sports involves inherent risks. By using our courts, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Elite Pickleball Arena from any liability for injuries sustained during play.
